My sessions are carefully designed to cater to the needs of all fitness levels, from beginners to advanced practitioners. It incorporates sequence of poses, comprising a variety of movements, adjustments, gradually progressing towards peak poses and mindfulness. The flow engages the entire body, providing a holistic experience that leaves participants feeling rejuvenated, energetic, calm, centred and connected to both body and mind.
