For me, yoga is for everybody and can be done at any age. It’s a transformative journey of self-discovery and holistic well-being. It is beyond physical postures, and more about self-reflection, mindful breathing, meditation, and spiritual connection. It is a reservoir of serenity, stillness, and inner peace. Ultimately, it is a deeper connection with the self, building resilience and feeling happy and content all the time.

My sessions are carefully designed to cater to the needs of all fitness levels, from beginners to advanced practitioners. It incorporates sequence of poses, comprising a variety of movements, adjustments, gradually progressing towards peak poses and mindfulness. The flow engages the entire body, providing a holistic experience that leaves participants feeling rejuvenated, energetic, calm, centred and connected to both body and mind.
